I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book. When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago. Thank God for Mr. DuBach's help- I wouldn't have my money without him. I'd recommend him and the entire law office to anyone in need of advice or legal help. Thank you again!

My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. He was a FANTASTIC advocate. I won my case at the hearing level and I owe that to the Hankey Law Office and Mr. DuBach. The staff kept me informed during the appeals process. They helped with the paperwork, ordered my records and prepared me for the hearing. I was very nervous to go in front of the judge, but Mr. DuBach answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me.
