Brian represented our family with charges stemming from a new case law. I started out thinking more than likely the case would be pleaded down to a lesser charge to actually receiving a call from the prosecutor that he was dismissing charges all together. The prosecutor noted during our call that Brian had done a real good job at researching and understanding the new case law, he had no doubt that if he proceeded with taking it all the way to court it was going to be dismissed by the judge. From start to finish Brian had the case dismissed in just 2 months! He was very informative along the way from loading documents for our review to helping us understand the case law and the angle he was working it from. I'm so glad we hired Brian, without his help the ending would of most likely dragged on for months and had a totally different outcome.

Lier before I hired him I told him I didn't want probation because I would have to drop he charged me 750 to lie. I ended up with probation and having to drop when he told me I would not have to drop if I took probation. My probation officer spoke with him and stan told him he did not tell me that. So I called and tried to speak with him couldn't. Then his staff calls me telling me if I took down my review he would speak to me . He's a CROOK
