Everyone says Chris is the best and I thought he was as well until I hired him I contacted his office for one reason and one reason only A specialized driver license the lady at the front desk ask for my bmv info so she can look and see what’s all on my driving record then proceed to say she will turn it over to Chris and he will contact me so a couple days go by and he reaches out goin over everything giving me a price and telling me he can straighten my license out so I paid him in full and when it came Time for my court date he tells me he can’t get me a specialized drivers license and there was nothing he can do after he already took my money and I paid him a decent amount

Bryan is the best lawyer anyone could ask for, he is always available to help with anything and willing to take on any case! He is always very professional and successful getting anyone the outcome they would like in any situation. We will always choose Bryan in any situation where we may need a lawyer. -Lack of communication. -Energy that was given during consultation was not the same energy after signing on and paying. -Nothing was done that I asked for. I spent months gathering information, keeping logs etc. as requested by team only to have several cancelled meetings, and to be pretty much encouraged to settle outside of count and agree with what my ex wanted. Why would I risk court if my own legal team doesn’t show confidence in me, or my case? Furthermore, why risk losing in court when my case doesn’t appear to be as important. Been waiting since early July for a response to a question regarding my case. I’ve completely given up and now trying to obtain my remaining funds. What a nightmare. Never thought that this team would be this way towards me when all I’ve done is be patient and flexible with all the last minute changes and disregard for my side of the case.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of Hiring Kevin Karimi due to some mistakes I had allegedly made. Mr. Karimi walked me through the entire process and what to expect. These weren't minor offenses, but major felony charges, which involved doing serious time. With his confidence however, I felt assured I had hired the right man for the job. A few short months later all charges were dismissed and the case thrown out. I highly suggest his law firm, and the peace of mind they offer you during a time of duress. Thank you again, Mr. Karimi.

I have been a client of Jerry Shoup since approximately January. Jerry was with Winkler York Law firm prior. He is a new associate to Ciyou & Associates. Upon leaving the old firm I had to make a decision whether to stay with him or to seek new counsel. Based upon my experience with Jerry I felt it was best to stay with him. I also didn't want to have to pay thousands more to bring somebody else up to par with my case. Jerry never disclosed to me prior to the switch that I would have to come up with a rather large sum upon the switch. Had this been disclosed to me prior it would have had significant impact on my decision to continue forward with Jerry. Once Jerry switched over the owner of Ciyou & Asociates (Bryan) became very demanding through his paralegals that I had to come up with $5,000 in a matter of 3 days. He refused to allow me to speak with my established counsel until payment was received. I had a scheduled meeting with Jerry on 7/19/2024 this got rescheduled by the firm to 7/22/2024 and again was rescheduled by the firm to 7/25/2024. Mind you my case required discovery to be served by 7/16/2024 and this was ignored by both Jerry and the new firm. Then demands came to me via email between 7/19/2024 and 7/22/2024. Yes the firm was harrassing me all through the weekend. Once I told the firm politely that I did not appreciate being harassed and having undue demands placed upon me and that I felt it was unprofessional. The owner Bryan responded on Sunday by email stating they would just withdraw from my case the very next day. Bryan never attempted to call me himself or to attend a meeting with both me and Jerry. They did nothing to make this transition smooth for me as an established client. I find Bryan's actions to be absolutely unprofessional and for this reason I will never recommend this firm to anybody nor am I ok with a firm bullying me, or placing unreasonable demands upon me. I dont necessarily blame Jerry for this issue though as my counsel in fact I do feel he has an obligation to speak up on my behalf as his client. Just because my lawyer chooses to change firms does not mean I as the client should be inconvenienced and obligated to have to come up with a new retainer. It's very obvious they are all about the money and could care less about their clients. They only care as long as clients have thousands of dollars to provide upon demand. Apparently they feel that bullying their clients is beneficial to the business. I highly doubt Bryan has even familiarized himself with the facts of my case. Furthermore any retainer and or contract should have been executed prior to the switch taking effect and I should have been allowed a reasonable time frame to come up with any retainer. Had the firm spoke with me and allowed me to speak to my counsel they would have had a better understanding of what I was and was not able to do financially. UPDATE: 3 hrs ago the firm posted a response to my review. Yes I never was a client because I was unable to come up with the large amount of money for which they were demanding of me within a short time frame. They absolutely refused to allow me speak with Jerry who was my attorney in fact.

Best lawyer I highly recommend if y’all need a lawyer hire him he’s helped me out more than my family has he’s a great lawyer and person -AR
