Carmen had very little to work with and she still got the win.

This woman should NOT be practicing. She's incredibly unprofessional, lacks empathy, and from the reviews, hasn't improved over the years. It's sad trying to support, when faced with such lack of professionalism! A terrible shame!

I recently needed Carman Malone’s expertise and help with a family law matter! She was extremely professional and helped resolve my case without issues! She also is great go getter to have by your side, impressed 100% recommend for your matters!

She was totally rude and very unprofessional! She did not do her job for my son. Me him literally at plea deal, not seeing him again since his sentencing. Did not do her job, called nobody to the stand on my son's defense. I wish I would have read the reviews before we paid $7,000. Please never ever ever choose her!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Carmen represented my son's father in a child support case. Thanks to my amazing lawyer, (Mark Glazier) we were able to resolve matters outside of court. However, I was alarmed when Carmen began posting content on her Facebook page that seemed aligned with our case. I unexpectedly encountered her at the state fair with my ex and our son, with whom I now have a great co-parenting relationship. As I headed towards my car, which was parked near hers, I overheard Carmen discussing case details and gossiping about me to her sister and another individual in a highly dramatic manner. When her sister alerted her to my presence, she fell silent. To cut a long story short, I confronted her about this behavior, leading to her loudly berating me across the parking lot using disrespectful language. Our paths also cross at the gym, which prompt her to making comments about my appearance. The entire interaction was lacking in class and professionalism. I informed her that I intended to report her actions to the relevant authority (the Bar), to which she responded with ”do I look like I care.” Her yelling escalated to the point that the police had to intervene. This incident reaffirms the validity of the reviews labeling her as unprofessional and having an unpleasant demeanor.
