Lack of communication and updates from the law firm
“I hired Mr. Hayes to handle a probation violation for a positive drug screen. I was extremely panicked, since I was at the very end of a 5 year sentence, and feared the worst, that my sentence would either be extended or revoked completely. All my fear was in vain!! Mr. Hayes showed up to court completely calm and confident every time, and got my probation discharged SUCCESSFULLY after just 3 court dates! It was obvious that his relationship with the prosecution/community corrections was one that worked in MY BENEFIT 🙌🏼”
