This has been the most stressful time of my personal and professional life. And, in a highly stressful situation it is not uncommon to make wrong decisions. Mr. Keffer is a very knowledgeable, highly experienced, caring and trustworthy attorney that guided me through the whole process of my criminal and my administrative case providing me with the best outcome. He is aggressive and works on your best interest. He challenges the prosecution, he goes after ALL the facts and available evidence not only to prepare the defense but to fully understand the case. In a Title IX case you can not go alone. This is a very complex area of education law. It would have been a huge mistake for me to sit through an interview with out Mr. Keffer. The level of evidence required in these investigations is minimal in which only the words of the accuser seem to matter.
