After calling around and speaking with several attorney's, I knew I wanted to hire Dan. He's very experienced and makes you feel at ease. He charged me a flat fee and never asked for a penny more. He always takes my calls if possible, and if not, returns them promptly.
Hopefully I don't need to hire him again, but I would, if I needed to. Highly recommended!!!

Dan resolved my case quickly there was no plea bargain and no trial the case was dismissed due to his assesment of the facts. He definately has the experience and communicates well with court staff which got my case dismissed!
