I signed papers to represent me in march i also hand delivered my medical records to them in april i have left 28 messages and went to the office once, no call backs and no correspondence at all not very professional I signed with them to represent me and my problem and nothing

This law firm is the best in the state of Indiana...hands down.

My sister, Malia Black has tried on multiple occasions to make arrangements to get her insurance settlement check. We called into the office twice today and was hung up on each time. I pray that it is a system issue and not deliberate. For the past two weeks she has been told that her check is back and that she can come into pick it up the next day and when the next day comes, the same thing is told to her over and over and over again. She needs a specific appointment as to when she can come in to pick up her settlement. This has been a very frustrating experience. I have taken off work twice because of this runaround. I hope that the appearance of impropriety is not as it seems. I see a lot of 4 and five stars attributed to other client's experiences. I hope she can be included in that group as well to positively tout how awesome I hope that your firm can be.
