I am 61 years old and never experienced a personal injury auto accident. Thus I was unsure of what to expect. Erica Mueller stepped in as my case manager, then Chris Czernik became my attorney as the case was scheduled to be litigated. Erica did great job in her role and Chris was outstanding. The outcome was favorable to me and resolved in mediation. I am confident this was accomplished due to how prepared Chris was at this phase of my case. Being in an accident is never good!
