I have no complaints at all. I don't know the usual process since I've never had to do this before. Other than the length of the case, I think things went well. They were super organized and made it super easy on me. They always got back to me promptly. If I was in a similar situation, I'd ask for Hensley to by my injury lawyer right away!

Best free experience I’ve ever had! The staff is extremely kind and understanding, and we were able to walk out with a back pack and supplies for each of my kids. The event was very organized and went quickly. We are grateful for the police to be there to help the flow of traffic, as well as the staff, who helped immensely with the wait.

I was riding my bike along the Indy Cultural Trail one evening to hang out with friends when a car ran a red light and hit me. I knew dealing with their insurance was going to be a nightmare (which it was, and at first the insurance company tried not to pay for damages, bills, and broken gear), so I contacted Hensley. They took care of me at every turn with options, and took away the worry of something that wasn't my fault. While overall the experience was unfortunate, I'm grateful for Hensley's team for their professionalism and expertise that helped me walk away without bills and with some compensation for all the chaos it brought my life.
