From the beginning, those who spoke with me and have worked with me have been very professional and helpful, as well as giving support through emails or calls when needed. For the moment, I'm reserved to 4 stars because it's still ongoing so I can't leave a final review but, as it stands, I've gotten total professionalism, which I truly appreciate. Thank You also, for your prompt responses when called. UPDATE: As more time has gone on, Hensley Legal Group has kept me informed at all times about any changes and have even managed to get me more money than originally offered. MY GRATITUDE IS TOO BIG TO WRITE!! (I needed this money desperately to get a way to start a new life in SAFETY. THANK YOU!!) 2 years ago I was involved in a terrible car accident when the semi continued to drive away and did not stop. I contacted them just to see what I could do not even looking for anything. They did all the leg work and called to check on me occasionally. One year after the accident they called and said they had a settlement for me! I replied that I did not even know they were trying to get a settlement. I am so grateful I reached out to them when I did not just because I got a settlement but I got the support that I needed. I will always have the best things to say about Hensley legal because when my disability case was won it was only approved from the date of approval so I received no back pay but Hensley sent me a letter telling me that they would be waiving any money I had left owing them and it couldn't have come at a better time. Anytime I ever had any questions they were always very good about getting back with me quickly and everyone was always so nice and answered all of my questions without any type of judgement. My husband and I were hit by a drunk driver in Nov ‘21. The driver’s insurance company has been playing silly games with negotiations and finally we were forced to move forward with litigation. I am self employed so a lot of our loses were in the form lost income, damage to our business from not being able to work, and brain injuries that have severely affected my husband and changed our life forever. These are all things that take lots of time to establish and can be difficult to document as far as behavior changes in my husband. This made no difference to Hensley, they have stuck by us since day one, and still working hard to get the compensation we so badly need to repair our lives. I am so glad we have them on our side!
