Represented me a 2 personal injury/auto accident claims. Set up final mediation after I asked them not to. Didn't have all medical treatment and answers to injuries yet. Damage to back, neck, hip, head and starting having strokes and severe migraines from the head injury. Now unable to work. Injures were from being hit from behind riding moped and head on a year later. Insurance company during mediation was claiming untrue facts. Attorney didn't dispute which means they probably didn't have the facts. Was told I have hardly a chance if it goes to court/jury. I think they are afraid to go to trial as they did not seem at all confident. Siad I had to prove strokes were a cause of the accident. Doctors ruled out every other cause. Later I find out my left hip must be replaced. Now getting injections in my neck for pain. Have had multiple Tia's since the accident. Memory loss, balance issues, cognitive decline, insomnia, and many other symptoms. These attorneys did not fight for me. Settled before I even knew the answers to my physical condition. Never contacted all my debtors. Still owe them money. They just wanted a quick settlement and to get paid. Don't care about the individual and their issues after such an accident. Have seen other bad reviews from folks with similar results. If you want a good attorney don't use Hensley Legal Group. You will probably get thrown under the bus while they collect the money.

I had a great experience working with Rudy and Victoria of Hensley Legal. As a victim of vehicle collision, that left me with head injuries and bodily injuries that left me unable to perform basic functions. The libel insurance Co. were being very unfair, difficult and playing hardball when it came to being responsible for my medical bills and making me whole in general. Meanwhile Rudy Longman, Victoria Klimczak and the staff at Hensley, Did a great job of being reassuring and just as important they kept me updated, and answered any and all questions I had going through my case.
