Professional and responsive towards my case. Easy to talk to and never intimidated by talking to anyone. From the first phone call and at home consultation, i felt like they had my best interest as their priority. My case went to litigation, and the switch between counsel was smooth. Depositions and mediations were always planned well in advance. A lenghty process i hope not to go through again, but if necessary, they would be my first choice to have represent me. I do appreciate that they won my case for me. However, I did not appreciate that I never met with or even spoke directly with my attorney. All correspondence was through the legal assistant. She did a fantastic job! But so much was left to be desired in the form of personal attention.
