I love Hensley Legal Group! Spencer and Aimee are the best and with both of my accidents I call them and they get me the most I deserve and haven't had to go to court. Highly recommend! They answer all questions and explain things to where I can understand and not in textbook term.

Hensley Legal Group handled my father's class action lawsuit against Xerloto. My mother started it and I took over at her passing. Kristina and her team made things as simple as possible and were there for me every step of the way. No phone call went unanswered and all questions were answered immediately. I want to share about my experience that I had with Hensley Legal Group. The staff is a wonderful staff. They are very professional and friendly. If I had to give a rating it would be a ten. That is from a scale of 1 - 10. The attorney was excellent with getting all the documents completed in a timely fashion. As far as the law it is difficult and different then who represented me. When laws can hurt an individual or help an individual. They way the system is set up. All laws need to be changed to hurt when resolving a case. For, instance the insurance company that receives funds from you the claim and you get bills for hospitals or emergency visits. The insurance recouped funds that was paid out on you the client. The client is or have pain. Wanting to settle for a claim. However, the client will pay back all entities that may put a hold on the client. The laws needs be overhauled and updated. This is my story. On 4/25/19 I gave birth 2 a 6lbs baby girl. After giving birth they pushed the after birth out. About a few hours later clot began to continue to come out. They kept pushing them out. Eventually the clot stopped. During my 6 week recover I began to bleed out again. I went to the emergency room of the same hospital my baby was delivered. They attempted to do a pap smear tearing through my stitches that were not healed causing more pain as I bleed out more. They did several ultra sounds in and out. They noticed some tissues were left behind. Hoping they will pass they prescribed me an abortion medication in which caused more bleed. I was going through pads every 15 minutes. My mom would assist with helping me change. The clots were so bad I stood in the tub and they would fall out by the dozen. I hoped for relief so I waited thinking it was part of the process. I started to feel faint. So my mom decided another ER visit was necessary. This time I went the new neighborhood st. Vincent on Allisonville road. They explain I loss too much blood and would have to send me back to St. Vincent Carmel. While heading they I became full of blood clots in my underwear so many while laying down I can feel them between my legs down my thighs. I was transported to the hospital once I got there the doctor who delivered my baby was there. She explained I needed a blood transfusion and she didn't know what could have went wrong. My blood was so low I kept going in and out of consciousness. My legs were kept elevated to stop the panic that my brain was trying to signal to my body. It took hours for the transition to began. Once I got the transfusion I was sent back to the maturity ward. More ultrasounds were performed. I was told there seemed to be tissue left behind after birth that could be causing an issue. I continued to bleed they explained they need to do a D&C. They preformed the D&C to removed the tissue they had left behind. I was off work for a while after due to fatigue, mental anguish, restlessness, anxiety, post partum depression. I attempted to continue to nurse my baby but could barely care for her due to my weakness. We had to switch her to formula. My mom and her dad had to really help. I was off work until August well after my 6 week maturity leave from work. I struggled financially. I had to get assistance with rent, borrowing money I couldn't pay back. I have not physically been the same since. They released me back to work after several weeks of consulting post delivery. Currently I'm in consistent pain on my side, it began after the D&C. The doctors told me it would subside. I have went to my primary doctor about this pain and my mental state after all of this. The OBGYN who cared for me throughout the pregnancy will not see me due to existing bills. I am still suffering, if can please help. Due to COVID I did not pursue this sooner. I was turned down without a reason except that it's anything they could do for me. Its touch out here I just wish someone would help me. I thought they would based on their website, and the details given about malpractice. No! They referred me to find help in getting assistance with the bills I have racked up due to these unforeseen circumstances. Wow! I'm so discouraged.
