I hired this law group to handle 2 personal injury cases and it was a big mistake. My attorney was Spencer King and after several months I never even had a face to face with this attorney. Mr King is all about taking the settlement offer that Big insurance offers instead of working hard for the best interest of the client. Mr King does not want to put forth the effort to get the most for his or her client... it’s all about the offer so little to no work is performed. I had to call Mr King on every single occasion to get updates on my case. If you have an easy case with little to no work then call Hensley & Hensley and Spencer King. If you have a case that will take some work with a good attorney then do not call Spencer King. As I’ve said, I never even met Mr King and he was my attorney for several months. They are a assembly-line type of law firm... get you in and out with the first settlement offer from big insurance with very little work. Do your homework on this Spencer King and this law firm.
