I acquired a life changing injury to my back in the early summer months of 2016. After my neuro-surgeon expressed to me that my retail work life had come to an end, I began looking on line for someone to help me look into social security, disabi!ity benefits. The Hensley group had put up a survey on Facebook. I checked their link, and with hesitancy, still hoping I would be healed, gave them my contact information. Within days, the Hensley firm called, answered ALL of my questions, and provided a very reasonably priced plan to accomplish the securing of these benefits. IE STARTED AROUND APRIL OF 2014 I WAS OUT OF WORK AND SO WAS MY WIFE,SHE HAS M.S. AND I HAVE DIABETES I HAD A HEART ATTACK IN JUNE SO WE CALLED HENSLEY LEGAL GROUP, WHOM HAD SENT A REPRESENTATIVE TO OUR HOME TO GATHER UP OUR INFORMATION. WE WENT AND SPOKE TO THE STATES PSYCHOLOGIST THEN TO THE STATES DOCTOR AND WE WERE TURNED DOWN SO THEY SET US UP FOR AN APPEAL WE MY WIFE AND I BOTH WERE OFFERED JOBS,SO WE LET OUR CASES BE DROPPED. I WAS ABLE TO WORK FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL I ROLLED MY ANKLE OVER AND TORE A BUNCH OF LIGAMENTS AND I WAS OUT OF WORK AGAIN. THAT'S WHEN I CALLED HENSLEY LEGAL GROUP AGAIN AND JUST LIKE BEFORE THEY SENT A REP OUT TO MY HOME ,GOT ALL OF MY INFO AND STARTED THE PROCESS AGAIN,THIS TIME WITH IN 3 AND 1/2 MONTHS I WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED FOR DISABILITY. I AM PRETTY SURE IF NOT FOR THE HARD WORK OF MY CASE WORKER AND MY ATTORNEY I WOULD OF PROBABLY LOST MY HOME! Once advised to seek this path due to non-curable progressive medical issues, the Hensley Legal Group filed a Social Security disability claim for me promptly and without much involvement from me (other than personal and physician information). Every telephone call was returned in a timely fashion, every e-mail was addressed as soon as possible, and every person involved was an empathetic, polite advocate for me. If an answer to a question I had was not known, I was told so and the information was researched and relayed to me. My claim was approved the first time due to the diligence of this group, and the compilation of my medical records. I highly recommend the Hensley Legal Group to anyone unfortunate enough to have a medical condition that is life-altering because everyone involved focused on assistance and not pity. I had the best experience with Hensley Legal group. Everyone was very supportive and helpful while waiting for my disability hearing. It was a long wait and they were patient and answered all of my questions. They even sent a video to help me get ready for the hearing. They worked as a team and got all my information together for the case. If someone were to ask me, I would recommend HLG for any legal need.

I recently had to leave my job on short term disability. It went into long term disability. The disability company requested that I apply for social security disability income.
