It has now been a few months since my personal injury case was closed, which has allowed me to reflect and review my experience with Hensley Legal Group. My opinion is unchanged. Outstanding! Oh yeah...we won! It was the journey that stays with me the most though. I was concerned that there were questions that I did not even know that should be asked. I interviewed 3 different legal firms but from the moment Chuck stepped on our front porch, I knew there was a unique culture with this Hensley outfit! Thank you to all of the team that assisted me. Chuck, Aimee, Vanessa, Mallory, Sarah and Kara; each of you made me feel comfortable and confident, knowing I had new friends that were experts in their field and everything would work out just fine. I had a great experience with Hensley Legal Group. Ive heard good things about them thats what made me give them a try. My family and I were in a car accident, which we sustained injuries. the lawyer I had was wonderful, she went over everything with me in the beginning and kept me informed on my case, it felt like she really cared about my injuries, as she wished me well every time I spoke with her. If I had any additional questions that I randomly thought of, she was there to answer them. I felt I had made a good decision to let her represent me. I have had lawyers in the past I hate to say, but they were horrible and I was stuck with them. The worst thing is to want to know something or to report something and your lawyer does not call you back. This has happened to me and this is very frustrating. We all would like someone to call us back within a reasonable time, not 2 or 3 weeks later. I never had this problem with Hensley Legal Group if I wasn't transferred immediately, I sure had a call the very same day or the next day the latest. I am very pleased with what they have done for me, and I loved the outcome of my case. The best way to find out about anything, is by word of mouth, so if anyone is looking for a lawyer, I can honestly say go with Hensley Legal Group you will not be disappointed.

It is hard to find parking here and not an appropriate walk on a hot day. (Found another attorney with a parking lot.). Now they have a vehicle that will pick people up.

When we considered getting my wife on disability, I wanted a law firm to handle everything from the start. We were referred to Hensley through another lawyer. They came out to our house to discuss our claim. They assured us that my wife qualified. They also explained in detail the fees, the time it would take for her claim, etc. Over the next 2 years, as we went through the process, they were in contact with us and always answered our calls and emails in a timely manner. Along the way, when she would be rejected for the claim, we were fore-warned of that, so it didn't get us down, it was just another step. The fees were as promised, there were no surprises at the end. They even answered our questions after her claim was approved. If you are thinking of filing for disability, call Hensley first!

I am ever grateful for the team of Justin and Jill at Hensley Legal Group with my Social Security Disability. Jill was great at keeping me updated with what was going on, returning calls and answering questions. She has an enthusiasm that is needed for getting all the information needed. Justin is very knowledgeable with all the laws concerning SSD. He was absolutely the best attorney for representing my case. They are very professional, kind and caring about the people they are helping. They both did a lot of work, gathering of information and preparing for the SSD hearing. The hours that they both must have spent in preparing and organizing all the medical information for an hour hearing was very impressive, with my migraine headaches, blurry vision, osteoarthritis, Rathke Cleft Cyst, therapies, and age. During the hearing the judge said it would probably be two months before I would know the decision, which is normal. Although it normally takes two months for a decision, in my case, the decision was made within one week for Full Disability that has to say something about their preparation and presentation for the Disability Hearing.

When I became disable during military service and while working as an EMT, I was beyond frustrated and scared. My financial future was becoming as debilitating as my disabilities. I never thought that at my age, Social Security would become so important. Deciding to file for SSDI was difficult, but necessary. With so many Social Security attorneys out there, who to choose to represent me was very important. I needed an attorney who would understand and help me thru the long and arduous process of exams, hearings, and paperwork. Hensley Legal Group came thru for me in amazing ways! My attorney, Katrina, was very competent and was there for me the whole journey. Her professionalism, and that of her paralegal Jill, made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always there to answer calls and emails and never did I feel alone in the process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering filing for SSDI or SSI. I was in a bad accident that totaled my brand new car and left me with major pains and problems causing me not to work or take care of home for some weeks. My Auntie referred me to Hensley Legal Group after learning the severity of my accident, i gave them a call, received a home visit and from there my case was assigned to Erin Haughawout. She called and emailed me checking on me continously making sure i was getting the proper care, she was very passionate and patient with the case!! She would not settle until she knew i was ok period not making it about money because we grew a bond like we have known each other for years.....she doesn't only do what her job requires but also what her heart desires!! Mandy Sheldon was also on my case and showed the same concern, establishing a bond like i have known her for years....both ladies are great and is truly a blessing to have on my case!! I refer both ladies when looking for help with your legal needs and will most definitely go back because they work very hard to get you what you deserve and they still checks on me making sure everything is ok!!

Highly recommend. Great communication with the associates working on my case. They were always available for questions and let me know about any issue or updates.
