Hensley Legal Group took on my disability case even though I felt there was a slim chance of being approved. My case worker Jillian, prepared me every step of the way. She talked me through both scenarios on each level. She answered my emails and texts within 24 hours. Most times within an hour. My attorney Cheyanna called me before my hearing, was present during the hearing, called the same afternoon to check on me and again after my award letter was received. She took so much time making sure I understood everything along the way. All of the staff made me feel as if they knew me personally and had my best interest in mind. We were able to handle everything from home. Either email, fax, text, mail or phone calls which took a huge weight off me not having to meet in their office. The mail is taking weeks to arrive now so Jillian let me know about my NOD and NOA as soon as she received it , otherwise I would still be waiting for them to make a decision. I am highly impressed with their organization and knowledge. Their fee is based on my back pay so when I wasn't approved for my original onset date that meant less money for them but they didn't stop correspondence with me. They still worked just as hard as the first day I spoke to them. If you are contemplating filing for disability, call Hensley Legal Group first. They will be honest with you and help you make the decision whether to proceed or not. They will walk and talk you through the whole process.
