Nothing more terrifying than not knowing what to expect the first time you need an attorney. Nick did an amazing job of preparing me for possible outcomes. He never over-promised but he certainly over-delivered. Can’t thank him enough!

I definitely felt like I'd hit the jackpot when Nick was assigned as my PD. Reading all of the reviews is just confirmation that it was not just by luck that he was able to pull off what he did for me! Nick definitely is the best at what he does and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mr. Nick Bennett was more then I could have asked for for a public defender in my criminal case's in Marion county. He was passionate about representing me which was very comforting because I felt like I was in great hands. I would highly recommend hiring mr.
