Answer to prayer The Marc Lopez law firm helped my family in a time of crisis.  My young adult daughter faced several probation violations and was looking at 1-1/2 year of jail time.  Attorneys Marc Lopez and Anthony Benitez took a personal and strategic interest in our case.  Their strategy included assessment of who was working in the particular court system at the time and was a function of which of them had the strongest relationships.  This was brilliant and successful.  For multiple appearances Dr. Benitez worked miracles, and my daughter did not spend a day in jail.  This firm was highly recommended to me by two attorney friends stating, ‘best in the city’.  I am forever thankful, highly recommend, and will use again the law firm and staff of Marc Lopez.  An answer to prayers!

Attorney Mark Lopez is a very skilled and effective trial attorney that exposes the unlawful conditions surrounding an arrest and leaves the defense struggling to make lawful justification of bringing a civilian into custody!!! The burden of proof lies solely on the State to legitimize an arrest, and in my personal experience, they make several mistakes in detaining people w/o sufficient evidence and probable cause. I am glad I hired Marc Lopez. The process was very quick. I expected a long time of coming to court. The case was done in 2 court dates. Matt spoke with me my first court date. The second court date Marc Lopez rolled in, and was as smooth as could be. I have minimal court costs, no time in jail and a minimum sentence otherwise. He did a great job.
