I would 100% refer my friends/colleagues to Marc Lopez Law Firm. They were quick to answer ALL of my questions and they made me feel so relaxed about my impending sentence. I was updated as soon as they were, I was given step by step directions of what to do next, and everything they had me complete was EXACTLY what I was supposed to do. Amazing attorney 5.0 stars Atty Benitez was able to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. He took the case a few days before court when no one else was willing. He gave me hope! I highly recommend him!

I contacted Marc Lopez in utmost desperation and worry over 2 cases that my husband was charged with. Immediately, I started looking for the best lawyers that I could find in the city. Marc is clearly one of them. His reviews, blogs, social media feeds, and biography is an exact portrayal of how knowledgeable, caring, and passionate he is about helping people in need. He has over 900 closed criminal cases which is more than most attorneys in Marion county. You can actually look them up at mycase.in.gov and see his track record for yourself. Marc truly gave me the white glove treatment as he responded immediately to my inquiry at 9:30 PM at night. Most law offices have their paralegals get back to you, and a lot do not have services after business hours. Marc went above and beyond as an attorney and allowed for me to be within arm's reach of him whenever I had a question. It was truly a privilege getting to ask so many things about my husband's case that Marc really put us at ease. No law office has ever been as attentive as his. It felt like I was talking more to a concerned friend rather than a lawyer who was simply looking at my husband's case as another number. When they decided to contact a lawyer, our daughter did a Google search and found Marc's firm the most highly rated. The first person my wife talked to was Brittany who was so understanding and comforting as we began the process. Marc called back very quickly and did much to further calm the waters. He explained his responsibilities, background, the steps and costs. He was very clear and positive in his thinking and advice. Marc took my statement and information and gave me a sound appraisal to move forward with the case. His remarkable staff, particularly Mr. Lang, guided me through the forms to keep driving privileges. Several times, the court had to be contacted for corrections and updates. All were handled in a timely fashion. Besides filing documents and arranging hearing dates, he recommended several steps to take such as attending an Advocates Against Impaired Driving discussion panel, getting an alcohol/drug assessment, and taking a 20 hour PRIME for Life course. All of these proactive steps helped get the best outcome. His work with the prosecutor to promote my case was also valuable. He explained many factors and circumstances that worked in my favor. I am very pleased with the outcome. Marc has stayed in touch since the sentencing. When I mentioned we were going on a trip that would involve entering Canada, he told me a DUI was reason to refuse entry. He put me in touch with a Canadian law firm that guided me through Canadian customs law. I was able to enter Canada successfully through Marc's knowledge and advice. When I need a lawyer, Marc Lopez will be my first choice. I know I will have his full professional, positive and caring support to solve any situation.

I would like to thank Marc and his team for helping me with my dui and making this easier for me and also for probation violation following the dui.. he lead me through it all the way and now everything is fixed and I’ll be off probation in a couple of days. I strongly reccomend Marc for your service so things can go as smooth as possible.

Marc Lopez's office was half the price of my last attorney and they got me a deal that was a MILLION times better. Hopefully I never have to use an attorney again but if I do this is the only law office I will ever use or recommend. Matt comes in the room and takes over, and every time I couldn't help but smile knowing I was in the right hands. I should be sitting in prison right now and I'm at home with my family, it doesn't get much better than that.

Marc, his co-workers, and were amazing and saved my butt at least 3 times! Even with short notice and not meeting in person the first time. Easy pay options and extremely down to earth, non judgemental, and although you might be in a bad spot they don’t beat you down with the obvious when you already know what should of/could of/would of happened... I have recommended them a few times already! When I read these I normally think, “they probably staged these reviews”, but I can honestly say this is an extremely honest review and Matt went in court and didn’t give up until it was an outcome I could handle more than once!
