Good luck understanding the initial representative on the phone if you speak English. If you get past that point, and you’re lucky enough, you will get to speak with a paralegal named Emma. I asked her how long she’s worked there because she was telling me that she could not help me because I was calling to seek assistance on a friends behalf whom is disabled. After I asked her how long she’s worked there, she quickly said that they could not help me and HUNGUP on me. Wow… What an idiot. I can only imagine how much money their firm is losing bc of poor hires such as she.

I’m not exactly sure, how to explain My situation but, here goes. I was accused of doing something I didn’t do. Now, I know what Your thinking, “That’s what everyone says.” For once in my life I felt like I was on an island by myself and no matter what I said, I was guilty. It’s tough to sleep and have good attitude, to be a good friend and a Father when Your not in control of Your life or the situation Your in. The stress of the situation is unbelievable. To feel like everything You’ve worked so hard for Your entire life is about to go down the drain is an unexplainable feeling. To put Your life and Your situation in the hands of someone You don’t know or have ever met, just adds to the stress. I was told Zach Richey, would be My attorney. Again, this did not make Me feel any better, because of the situation and I wasn’t really sure, He “Zach Richey”, would believe Me anyway. Or anyone else for that matter. After, doing and saying everything I could, and listening to Mr. Richey on the phone in our phone conversations, I felt that Mr. Richey believed me and understood the magnitude of what really took place in My situation. He was calm, reassuring, and talked to Me like he had known Me forever. I on the other hand felt like I was going to lose My mind and just give up. In all honesty, I was a mess. When I finally had My court date, I was at peace with everything. Not sure of how anything would go, I just moved forward without any expectations. I was worn out from having this over My head for the last year, and just wanted to get it over with. On the day of court, I met in person, Mr. Richey and instantly felt like, I wasn’t in this alone. He had more confidence than I had for sure. He gave Me the hope, I was really looking for. And at the end of the day, Mr. Richey was probably just doing His job but, to Me He was saving My life. Mr. Zach Richey was relentless and amazing. It’s hard to imagine someone You have never met, giving You Your life, and freedom back. I don’t ever want to have to be in that situation ever again but, I sure am extremely thankful I had Mr . Richey on My side. Thank you so much, Mr. Zach Richey and everyone at MARC LOPEZ LAW, that was involved with My situation. Zach Richey is an incredible Young Man, and obviously very professional.
