Highly recommend Marc Lopez Law Firm for any legal help. I had a DUI charge but Attorney Benitez was able to drop the charges and only have a charge for reckless driving, which is a big win for me since I have DACA. Thankful for Attorney Benitez and the whole office staff for their help through this whole process that has taken more than a year.

I had the pleasure of being represented by attorney, Matt Kroes. Matt did an amazing job working with me and my family. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every detail during the entire process. He was in consistent communication with my family explaining the situation. He is very personable and easy to talk to and he listens. He made me feel heard and his is very trustworthy. I highly recommend Matt.

Overpaid public defender continued the case as long as possible & only effort was to get a plea. Not even a good plea. Do yourself a favor, and do not hire them ! Get a attorneys ready to represent you and your pursuit of justice do not waste your time or money with them! Never ask me questions barely called impossible to get in contact with. Only offered one plea deal a week before jury trial and told me that’s the best they could do.Very rude and unprofessional people. I paid these people IN FULL and they treated me horribly they don’t care about you just want your money. Marc told me he could get everything knocked down to a misdemeanor before hiring him on he did not commit to his promise. I highly recommend Kevin Kamari who I should’ve went to in the first place. Do not believe the good reviews those are reviews they leave themselves. Never even seen Marc in court he sends co-workers.Do not waste your money a public defender could do better then this law firm they are a scam!
