Cassie was very helpful, answered every question and gave me plenty of time ahead of hearings and court matters so I was able to plan around work and life. The attorneys are great and the paralegals are on top of everything. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have had to retain a few lawyers in my lifetime. All carried the same “yeah we care and are going to fight for you” type of attitude but the majority always fell very short of the bar to say the less. I had multiple driving offenses against me at the beginning of the year and an HTV 10year. Some really hefty charges that can carry lengthy sentences. I was truly at a loss and realized I had to go big if I was truly going to get any sort of help at all. After scouring the internet and reviews from all over I landed on this law firm. I can honestly say that never in my life had I imagined that there was a team of lawyer like this firm has. They talked big game upon retaining them. They sure did back it up 10 fold. They were definitely confident (as they should be). Not only has Bre been a crucial asset in this situation, she has gone far and above what I would have ever expected. Truly thankful for her. I ended up needing representation in another county over an hour away from my initial charge. I paid extra for that representation but Matt came through swinging that day. I was expecting years and years with an ignition interlock system and countless dollars spent on the service charges of those devices. He met with me prior to the meeting with the prosecutor and judge and prepped me. Drilled me with questions and got my mind right and getting me prepared for the meeting. The meeting ended up flowing like a breeze and I walked out granted with specialized driving privileges with no interlock, I was lost for words and couldn’t believe what had happened. This law firm is truly a power house full of all stars. They truly care about the individuals they represent. They truly will go the distance for you. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you need help. I would refer them to absolutely anyone that was in a situation pertaining to DUIs, HTVs, or any traffic violations at all. Amazing people to work with, price was good for the results I received. Very up front, very honest, and kept you updated like your were their own child. Anthony Benitez covered my case and could not have done a better job. He never sugar coated anything which was very helpful and kept things going smoothly.
