“If you want a lawyer who communicates and who's always on top of her game, I would avoid using Mercedes Badia-Tavas. She has non existent customer service skills and her team seems always behind the ball.”

Fleecing Hamilton county with exorbitant fees, providing unconstitutional legal advice, refusing to provide documents to the public and then resigning from representing when the public scrutiny became too hot.”

“I won a case and transferred to this firm to collect. After a year and about $20k in Bill's I have not seen .01! This firm cost me a tone of money and then wanted more. Example: was told 5k to file paperwork to repossess a home...got charged 7k....then got an email asking for possibly another 7k to finish the job!”
