Tuve dos accidentes en el cual uno de ellos me fracture la pierna, las aseguranzas no me dieron compensación por dichos accidentes busque a hurst limontes por recomendación de un amigo, tomaron mis casos en el año 2022 el abogado fue muy sincero conmigo y me dijo que esto tomaría tiempo en resolverse e investigar, hasta hubo momentos en el que pensé que habían olvidado de mis casos y este año 2024 recibí una compensación más de lo que yo esperaba. En conclusión el abogado Hubley es excelente abogado lo recomiendo 100%.

Update: Before you consider hiring this team. My son’s case did settle but ultimately the lawyer got 30%. Which at this time i feel is outrageous considering the amount of revenue my company lost from the whole incident in itself they didn’t fight for that of course but made sure they got 30k. It ended up being so many fees etc I don’t see where 30k was necessary. Then proceeded to take the 5k out of my son’s award money instead of asking it to be paid directly from the company. Heck they could’ve took it out of their earnings. But what’s done is done. Just a heads up. It’s not everyday you get a lawyer who’s compassionate and completely understands your situation. But Katherine is something truly special and amazing. Her assistant/paralegal was also just as amazing. Katherine worked so hard and diligently for my son. She fought and never missed a beat. Her patience was/is unmatched. She will forever have a core memory in my brain. Thank you sooo much Hurst Limontes LLC. My son and I are forever grateful.
