I had a serious criminal matter recently that I hired this law firm for. My experience with Attorney Hayes was great. I had more direct contact with Attorney Hayes than I have ever experienced in any other Legal matter. I'm pretty sure Mr. Hayes lost money on my case just due to the sheer amount of time and litigation involving 2 other courts. This matter was resolved in a more than satisfactory manner. Thanks to Attorney Hayes's knowledge and persistence, I was able to avoid more serious consequences. While we were able to avoid trial, Attorney Hayes and I were prepared and confident in a satisfactory resolution.Thanks to this firm, the speed and convenience of the Client Portal online services, and the diligent and rapid services of the Hayes Law Office staff, I am now in the process of reunification with my daughter. When this case began I couldn't see a way out. I felt hopeless. Looking back today over a year later I know that I made the best choice possible in retaining legal services from Mr. Hayes. I engaged Mr. Hayes to consult me on a pending case that I had and currently had court-appointed legal representation. Having gained little faith in the justice system, I wanted another viewpoint from outside the county. I was put at ease as Mr. Hayes took the time to explain the process, status and likely outcome of my case in detail. Not only was highly impressed with his ability to listen and comprehend without interrupting or pushing fairy tale promises. It turns out he was right, I did not need him and was my case was rightly dismissed. God forbid I know of anyone in need of his services, but, I saved his contact info just in case. Highly recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in need of legal defense.

On December 15. I was charged $1000.00. As of January 30, services have not been provided nor started. Trying to "give back to the community"... Lack of responses. Lack of doing what the said they would do. No return telephone calls. No forward momentum. A ZERO star is more appropriate. As I requested. Kindly return my money ASAP. Non compliance will result in disputing the transaction. I anxiously await a response. I received a credit and the firm informed me of the next steps I need to take for resolution. Thanks BKB
