I had something bad that happened to my significant other which had me scared for his freedom and record. Mr Hayes went in there to court for him and got both charges dismissed with very little effort from our end. He is the best!

I am a college student finishing a bachelor's degree in chemistry with a minor in education. In the beginning February 2019 I was falsely or mistakenly accused of several crimes committed on campus. I was temporarily not allowed to attend my courses and had my 2nd amendment rights temporarily revoked when this case first began. Mr. Hayes represented me in this matter for 13 long months during which time we kept swaying back and forth between a win or a loss it seemed at every new court date, and when we finally had to set a date for trial I had a feeling hopelessness because I don't have a lot of faith in the justice system in comparison with the strength of the brothers in blue mentality. About 3 days before trial while I'm sitting at home drinking a beer and preparing to potentially have my life ruined in the next few days I get a phone call from Mr Hayes informing me that he was able to get all 4 of my charges dismissed. I had 2 class A misdemeanors and 2 class B misdemeanors that would have ruined my entire career just 7 classes away from graduation and thanks to Mr Hayes I can move forward with my life as planned. Mr Hayes never tried to persuade me to take a plea agreement that would ultimately lead to a conviction and either jail time or probation and classes/fines. He fought this case all the way through to the end and made sure the charges were dismissed as they should be by whatever means necessary.

I would highly encourage anyone who needs a well knowledged Lawyer then Mr. Hayes is the one. He explained the scenario I was facing and want could happen, but also explained what he can make happen for me. His firm was always very quick in responding and being patient when explaining the steps.

Mr. Hayes and his legal team are wonderful, they were very focused on the case that was presented and worked hard with getting the best agreement that worked for the client. I’m more than pleased working with such a great defense team. Thank you for a successful outcome.

Very unprofessional and caught her in a few lies for no reason.I would not recommend her to no one and I went off these reviews so that’s why I hired her and was very disappointed.And the cussing is awful.I have never met anyone so unprofessional
