4.5 stars. Much better than expected outcome with my case. Early on, there was a meeting set up to discuss progress on the case. I left work early to make certain I had the time. Called in for the conference and was told he was busy and would have to get back with me. Which he did the same day. But in the end, none of that matters if you get better than expected results. Matt and Cassie are very helpful and you're in good hands with this firm.
