I gotten into a pretty bad car accident that didnt look to good as far as who's fault it was. I knew all honesty that I wasn't at fault. Mr. Charles did tell me it was gonna be difficult case to beat with no real evidence. But in some way some miracle we where able to win my case. Called in to speak with someone and was directed to Patrick Kline. I left a message on his voice mail. 24 hours went by without a return call. I called back in and receptionist said That I could leave another message and when questioning her why that was necessary she hung up on me. Obviously there add saying everyone is important and they respond quickly is not true.
