Brooke Bernhardt is amazing. Brooke is one the most laid back, down to earth individual I have ever met. She makes you feel welcome and relax, while insuring you that your case is in good hands. I could write a novel about my experience having Brooke as my attorney for 3 yrs, but instead I will give the top 3 qualities. 1. Communication - easy to talk to, will keep you up to date throughout the case even if it is minor. Fast reply and answer any questions that may have and listen carefully. 2. Passionate - Brooke care truly about her career and clients, shows through her work. The way she handles her cases with care. Always recommend the best solutions with her clients for their best interest while hearing your thoughts and input. 3. No Fluff - To tie everything together. She is straight forward, direct, get to the point and leave out all the extra stuff. Tell you everything that you need to know and break everything down to make it easy to understand. I will recommend Brooke and her firm to anyone who is seeking representation. I know that I will definitely come back in the future if need be.

Brooke is deserving of 100 stars. My husband and I hired Brooke almost a year ago to help us get more custody of his little boy. Brooke has hands down been the best decision we’ve made for this! She has worked so hard for us from day 1. One big selling point for us when moving forward with her is how she told us she had a lot of experience defending the father. We went in having about 20% custody and came out with 50/50 custody which is what we wanted. She did not stop working until we got what we wanted (and deserved), and has not stopped advocating for us on other matters. She’s a no nonsense kind of person which is who you need during a custody battle. She has also been very respectful of our money and time. Don’t look any further and go with Brooke!!. We promise, you will not be let down.

She made compelling arguments which ultimately led to an agreed settlement outside the courts. I felt supported and reassured by Brooke, who navigated the complexities with attention to detail and dedication. They efficiently streamlined the process, securing more time with my kids and negotiating a significant reduction in child support payments. Overall, I just wanted to have more time with my kids other than the measly every other weekend and midweek visit. That is the bare minimum Indiana parenting time guidelines, and that's all I received for about 6 years, even though I've been an involved father with a great relationship with my kids. Zach Phillips is the lawyer who handled my daughter's divorce and custody case. I was extremely concerned about how manipulative my son in law was and told this to Zach. He barely spent any time discussing the case and I do not feel he was prepared for the final court hearing, which did not go well. I honestly feel Zach took this case just for the money and not to get justice for my daughter. I could go on but I will just say I feel Zach did not do his job adequately.

I have been a client of Brookes for almost 3 years. My wife and I had retained her for a divorce/custody battle and rate her with an A++++++!!!! After having my fair share of attorneys with this difficult/complex case, she is definitely my all time favorite. Brooke will be my forever attorney. 5 stars is definitely not enough to show how much she rocks! She is very organized, knowledgeable, very professional, and a fighter. When we had court the last time, she came with everything we needed and even extra evidence just incase. I would recommend her to ANYONE! Being with Brooke this long and watching her grow and move up to her own firm is AMAZING and honestly with how she is as an attorney, it isn't surprising. Not all super heroes wear capes.

Brooke defended my husband and I for custody of my bonus son. We live in Ohio so I went in blind trying to find someone to help us in Indiana, I do not think we could have found anyone better. She has been with us every step of the way, always available even when she was dealing with her own personal things. Kept us informed, checked into everything I sent her, asked all of the right questions and never faltered. When it came time to appear for trial, Brooke was all business and dominated with her demeanor. She stepped off of the elevator like she owned the courthouse! Her confidence alone is comforting. We are waiting on a ruling but regardless of what the decision is, we will never regret our decision to go with Brooke. Couldn't imagine anyone else sitting on our side of that courtroom.

Zach was my lawyer a few months ago when he worked at law office of Melissa Winkler-York and he held all my evidence I had in my divorce and custody case and caused me of losing temporarily custody of my kids to my kids father who is a drug addict and never communicated. Ended up dropping him as my lawyer and it was the best decision, I would not recommend hiring his firm
