This law firm is fantastic! I have used them on a number of occasions (from business contracts to family law) and they are very knowledgeable. They also have a great turn around time with meetings, etc. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family! Actually a lot of my family and friends have already used them as well!

I never actually hired this attorney. I talked with him during his free 30 minute consultation. He informed me he wasn't going to take my civil case. Not because he didn't think I had a case, but his response ( We would have to do your case by the hour, and for us to drive down there, and back financially it does not make sense, on your end to go with us.. You need to find somebody local, and that deal more with that County, it wouldn't make Financial sense on your part) while I cannot speak to his services. I do believe that this day and age . To find somebody that is honest, and actually looking out for my money, and not their own pockets. Speaks volumes!!! Not only was it a free 30 minute consultation. Even after Aaron inform me this case isn't for him he spent the rest of the 30 minutes, guiding me in the right Direction with what I needed to do. If I ever do need an attorney in the future this will 100% be my first stop. Thanks again for taking my call.. if only all attorneys were this professional, and upfront with clients...

Rachelle Ponist did an outstanding job helping us get our settlement from my wife's accident. The service and staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all of our questions, and took the time to see that we got the help we needed. I would highly recommend them, and should we need an attorney again, we will call them.

Rachelle is the most knowledgeable and empathetic lawyer I’ve ever met. Not only does she do impeccable work with an incredible eye for detail, she actually listens and understands any and all concerns that come her way. She is smart, more than capable, and kind. Example: I had an urgent matter and had to leave a message with her front desk as she was on vacation. 4 hours later I had a phone call from her and we dealt with the issue ASAP!

If you want a lawyer that takes your money, barely communicates with you, then drops your case without telling you...Aaron Harshman is your guy. Aaron took on my case after a former employer failed to pay me for a large amount of work. This former employer was an owner of a book publishing company, and he not only ripped me off, he also scammed hundreds of authors. Aaron told me and all the authors that he'd hold this individual accountable and that I'd see at least a portion of the money owed me. Well, none of that happened. I also learned he is the worst communicator imaginable. He would never initiate communication. We only talked if I initiated. And if he did get back to me, it was after significant delays. But most of the time he never answered when I merely asked for updates. Fast forward over 3 years later: - Aaron now ignores every text, call and email. He reads them, yet ignores them. So I've given up. - The authors who depended on him are also being ignored. They've given up. - The individual who ripped everyone off is thriving with new business ventures and he recently relaunched his publishing company, the very company that he used as a vessel to scam everybody The fact this person resurfaced without consequence and is now scamming more people all these years later, is a testament to Aaron's inability to do his job and achieve justice. Aaron told me at one point he had no idea where this individual was and made it sound like we were after some criminal mastermind. But all I had to do was jump on LinkedIn to see exactly where he was. The incompetence on Aaron's part was off the charts. Aaron's services (or lack thereof) were not only useless, but damaging. He wasted years of our time and was clearly passive about actually achieving justice. Had we teamed up with a lawyer who actually gets stuff done and doesn't just give lip service, the scammer would be behind bars today instead of thriving and relaunching his business so he can scam more people. Look elsewhere for a lawyer.

Horrible! Regretting choosing this law firm, they are never available, you never receive any updates on your case nothing takes them forever to even draw up a petition that in my case was the agreement already had just rewritten by them as the petition the law firm is just so unprofessional, it’s almost like they’re purposely dragging it out and I don’t like that instead of acting in a timely manner it shouldn’t take forever to just FILE a petition they’re just like public defenders, only you’re having to PAY them to act exactly like a pub let’s not mention how you have to make a phone call appointment to even SPEAK to the attorney which half the time they don’t even answer for the meeting and will text you but not give any update or answer questions. I definitely don’t recommend at this time if they start handling the case more professionally and in a timely manner But as for now I don’t recommend this is absolutely insane

Iam a current client they always busy constantly cancel appointment don't know how long I should keep up with them

So far it is very hard to get ahold of anyone there. Our case is originally under Rochelle and she is never in office. So we have to to deal with Morgan. We are told we are to receive copies and it’s been days since. We paid for their services weeks ago. We call to check up on the copies and if anything has been done and we have to schedule an appointment each time to even talk. We never get updated or told any information. Will update this review if anything changes but as of now I will not recommend this company. It’s a complete mistake.
