It started off great, she made wonderful promises and was sweet. Then our virtual court date came and she was no where to be found. We had to call the office a bout 15 times to get someone from the office to answer, while the judge waited. This court date was extremely time sensitive and this is where we began to lose faith. We had other bad experiences including a person with a different name last name being looped in our confidential emails by their error, but once it was all over, we offered a prorated amount to pay to cover our grievances. She refused and threatened to report us to the credit bureaus if we didn't pay thousands in 3 days. Now that I am 3 years away from the situation, I see how unethical her treatment was. Don’t get taken advantage of.

Ms. Norton and the crew are like family now. I can't thank her enough.
