Very professional services. After our wreck they took care of everything and negotiated a much better settlement than my spouse or I could have gotten from the insurance company. Their rates are fair, and they made sure we were justly compensated by the insurance company.

Gena Elam has been my para legal on 2 claims with CKF , and for my daughters claim.

I had a great experience with Craig, Kelley and Faultless. BJ put in a ton of work and was very knowledgeable on the entire process. I knew nothing going in, and the team was excellent at breaking things down for me and helping me understand each decision being made. Sam and Kelly, the two file managers I had for my case, were always available (and quick to respond) when I had questions and were great at working around my schedule.
