Dan has been such a great person to work with, I had a serious work accident that left me scarred for life. Dan worked with me to get a settlement and the first settlement wasn’t enough so he fought for a bigger one and he got it for me. I was assigned a paralegal, Carissa, who took me through the process of documenting my injuries and recovery progress. I forwarded all correspondence and bills to her and she kept me informed of the process that I would need to go through. The final negotiation for the settlement of claims lead by a partner in the firm, Chris, was very professional with a very good outcome for me. They were tough and fair in negotiations and the outcome certainly exceeded my expectations. I greatly appreciated having Carissa, Chris and the whole team on my side during this difficult time.
