First impressions of Chris and his team were great! They were very professional, set reasonable expectations, and stayed in contact great, early on. Then there was a slight hiccup in staffing and some long delays in responding to status update inquiries and other questions. We asked for a meeting with Chris, which was promptly scheduled. He went over all the medical documents they had secured so far, and I gave over all the documents we had. It was a great meeting and he assured us they were turning the corner in the staffing area and our cases were progressing as expected. The staffing issue was solved! Thank you, Carrisa!! You've been very helpful, attentive, responsive, and best of all, compassionate and concerned! Things have dragged out a little longer than set out in the expectations when we first met, but that was due to a lot of delays from the other side. Be patient, and don't give up on this crew! They will get the job done, no matter how big or small! Definitely recommend their services!
