I had to get Daniel's help due to work injury back in October 2018. He was very good at everything he has done for me. Workers comp was giving me the run around. As soon as I hired Daniel he took care of everything I needed him too. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone that needs help with dealing with workers compensation. He's a down to earth, kind and is willing to listen and help with anything he can. If I ever need a workers compensation attorney this would guy is who I would hire. I could not more highly recommend Craig, Kelley, and Faultless if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of requiring personal injury counsel. The team (I worked with Clint, Krysten, Lori, and BJ) were extremely responsive to my questions, answering emails quickly and even taking calls well outside of business hours. They sent me frequent updates as to how everything was progressing behind the scenes (I have learned that these types of cases/proceedings are a lot of hurry up and wait), and fought diligently on my behalf. Not only did Client, the vehicle damages specialist, ultimately figure out a way that I received cash on top of my totaled-out lease but the rest of the team earned me a settlement far in excess of what I had ever expected. This made me feel that I had truly been compensated not only for my expenses, but adequately for my pain and suffering, TRULY. They took great care of me and I will sleep better at night knowing that in the future, should my family or I require such services again, I have them in my corner.

Dan did a excellent job handling my case! I was desperate, with medical bills piling up and had no idea what to do, but Dan did! It took 5 years to get done and cost nearly 2/3's of the settlement, which wasn't great and they seemed happy to be done with it.
