Unfortunately, I found myself in need of a family attorney. Fortunately, I retained Allison. Allison is an amazing attorney who exceeded my expectations. Knowledgeable, communicative and compassionate about practicing family law. If I, or anyone I know, am in need of a family attorney, Allison is the attorney to retain.

Allison has not fulfilled her obligation as my attorney. I hired her in March 2022 and it is now August 2024 and she completely ignored my case, will not return my calls to get my case closed. Now I am struggling to get this done or dismissed to start over again. She accepted my money and did not complete her obligation. She did not give me proper advice and is not responding. I am not the only one she has done this to. Just check google. I can’t even find her to sue her!

Very Rude Representative

My case sat with Allison for months with no progress. Appointments would be set up by her office and I would never be contacted. It was originally blamed on Covid and hiring new office staff but this continued for 6 months. Many emails went unanswered, i would leave voicemails for updates and hear nothing back. I was not notified of court dates, i found the info myself on my case and brought it to her attention. A change in judge was submitted incorrectly when Allison told me she was requesting a change in venue. It has been 3 months since I severed ties and found new counsel and I have not received any correspondence or return of my retainer. At this point i have to file a grievance with the Indiana discipline courts. The other 1 star review left here was an accurate description of my experience with this office.

I enjoyed working with Julie Pinkus on a recent mediation, she is very professional and has a great personality.

Julie was incredibly helpful in assisting my husband and I in navigating a custody battle, even during a global pandemic. She is patient, level headed, and helped us reach an agreement (after 8 long hours of mediation in zoom rooms) where we walked away happy. Thank you so much for your services. You have a gift! Worth every penny.
