Upon the recommendation of our daughter, we chose Charlie Ward to update our 35 year old wills. We found Charlie to be very personable, easy to talk with, and direct to the point. In addition to preparing a new will, he created documents for a living will and power of attorney, in a very timely manner.
In contacting the office, the receptionist has always been pleasant. If Charlie was unavailable, he returned my call the same day. In addition, he catches me off guard every year when he calls to wish me a happy birthday and inquire about the family.
