I don't have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was, with Charlie and his team Ward & Ward Law firm. Charlie and his longstanding team went above and beyond to make sure I was informed throughout the process, reassuring, compassionate, and empathetic from day one. Which helped ease my anxiety. Not only do they make you feel like part of family, I grew to know his team of employees felt the same way. I also learned his team were longtime employees that had over 8-20+ years working at Ward & Ward law firm, and that should say a lot. That shows how Charlie treats his employees and how he would treat you as his client. I could not have asked for better team to represent me in my accident case. From the moment I first called until my case was over, I was at ease that I had made the right choice. I am so grateful for their support through such a traumatic and overwhelming event. Even after my case from many moons ago Charlie still follows up to check on me and my family. He is still a huge resource and friend to me after 12+ years.

Charlie Ward has been my attorney for over 20 years, he has helped with 2 car accidents and helped my family with a will and estate issue when my grandmother passed. This guy calls me every year for my Birthday, sends christmas cards, and calls throughout the year to see how I am doing. I can call him anytime with any legal questions and if he doesn't know he will direct me to someone who does know.. He is my attorney but I also consider him a friend

Charlie did a wonderful job dealing with insurance companies on my family behalf. Treated me very kindly and professionally each time we met or spoke on the phone. Calls and emails always returned promptly. Highly recommend!

In 1995 I was on my way to work and got into the worst accident ever. I found myself 6 months pregnant, new car totaled, and rent due. After i got released from the hospital, I still felt devastated. I looked in the yellow pages and called attorney after attorney. Every law firm I contacted didn't have time for me. They were rude abrupt and made me question if I wanted to endure this type of treatment throughout a whole car accident claim. Finally I called Ward & Ward Law Firm. The receptionist was very friendly and actually sounded concerned about my well being. She took my information and said I would receive a call soon. Not even 5 minutes later I got a call from Charlie. He explained everything and made sure I understood how the case would be handled. I got off the phone feeling like I had an attorney and a friend. Charlie worked diligently on my case and got a huge settlement for me. He came to St. Vincent's Hospital to visit me when I had my baby and he even came to my home to check on us. 25 years later, Charlie still calls to check on me. He has never missed a birthday or Christmas since 1995.

The Wards helped us when we were rear-ended by a Mack truck some years ago. They were supportive and professional throughout the long process. They managed our expectations and made us comfortable through the negotiations. They let us know we were ultimately in control of the decision making. I hope you never find that you need these guys but they are the best if you do!

Charlie and his staff keep in touch with us at least 5 times a year to see how things are going. They are always very helpful.
