I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was able to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails. As a relatively new resident of Indiana, I was unfamiliar with how such things work and Mr. Stare was kind and patient any time I had questions and answered them in a concise manner that was very easy to understand. He was recommended to me by a friend who has a particularly lead foot, but based upon my experience, he is my first choice for any legal issue going forward, without a doubt!

I will say this, anyone who is looking for an honest, committed, and highly knowledgeable attorney look no further. I currently have Mr. Stare representing me on a current case. While I cannot personally mention much about my case I will say this about Stare. In my opinion he is not you're average attorney that just wants to plead his client out. Mr Stare is not afraid to stand up for his clients and is not afraid to stand up to the court system. All attorneys in my opinion should act like Mr. Stare and realize like he does what is right and what is wrong and what does what is best for there clients. From the start I feel that this man has been up front and honest with me about everything involving my case. I feel a lot better knowing that he actually cares about me and my situation. From the start I have been able to contact him at any time and he always calls or texts me back. I also like the fact that he does not sugar coat things and what he says he will do he does.
