Issues with the lawyer's wife/office staff being rude and unprofessional
“FIND ANOTHER LAWYER. Dealing with Shane is not a problem but his wife is would make you want to pull your hair out. She rude and disrespectful. She is the worse person to have dealing with people money.”

“I retained his services and I was told that things would be handled, well things were not filed, I was charged for conversations about his grandfather's passing and about him attempting to gain more business with my prospective personal representative's family all in all I was billed over $600 and nothing was ever filed or accomplished.”
