Finding an attorney is not a difficult task. However, finding a competent attorney who can skillfully navigate the complexities of third-party custody is virtually impossible. We truly believe that we are beyond fortunate to have found Bryan Ciyou, the best person to represent us in our fight to protect a precious little girl from a lifetime of pain and misery. In addition to having an amazing legal mind, Bryan has the compassion to truly advocate for the most vulnerable among us. Most people we’ve encountered throughout this process simply want to ignore that a serious problem exists, but he truly understands the heart of the issue and the difficulties that accompany such a fight. Family law is messy, at best, and utterly soul-crushing, at worst. Indiana’s third-party custody laws are no exception. They simply do not address the ever-evolving dynamics of family in today’s society. Bryan not only recognizes the current laws’ inadequacies, he also understands how to navigate the system to exact change.

Very rude!!not worth your the time

Highly Recommend, to anybody! I hired Mr. Greg Spencer on a probation violation case in Marion County where I had an outstanding felony warrant out. They put a motion in to the court asking for a Recall on the warrant, which was rejected and then immediately put in another motion for “Reconsideration on Recall of Warrant” which was successful on getting me into court and not being detained, or having to post bail. I was then given another court date for sentencing on the probation violations. I had multiple violations and new arrests/convictions that were going against me, and also did not help that the charge was from 2008, and a warrant was active for 6 years before getting this addressed. Mr. Spencer and his paralegal Lana worked hard and effectively on helping me with this case. I went in for a hearing admitting to 11 violations but with their help and Mr. Spencer’s representation, we beat the odds and was not thrown in jail as I went in expecting to be. They’re both understanding and professional and I’m so grateful for this representation & all of the hard work. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Greg went over and beyond to prove my innocence from day 1. The only lawyer I've ever had that will get in contact with you on the weekend if need be. Fought that prosecution all the way down to a dismissal, after 2 years of being wrongfully accused and prosecuted. No case is too big for Greg Spencer. Thank you for everything.

Really nice and dependable

Alex Moseley represented me for a stepparent adoption case in the Indiana Court of Appeals. (I have two stepchildren that have only ever known me as their mom.) I know that everyone thinks his or her case is important but my children’s lives were quite literally on the line, and the justice system had already failed us once with a terrible call in trial court. Alex immediately invested himself in my case. He showed empathy, compassion, and patience. Not only was he pleasant, more importantly, the briefs that he submitted were genius! A literal powerhouse in terms of litigation with unmatched comprehension of case law and legal strategy. I was so impressed with the details that he retained. He never left one open end and picked apart every discrepancy that the trial court made in denying my adoption. He was always playing chess, unfortunately before I hired Ciyou and Dixon; my counsel was more into checkers-, which almost cost me my children. I wish that I had hired them first. Our ending is a happy story though thanks to Alex Moseley and Brian Ciyou- The court of appeals REVERSED the trial court’s decision! We won our appeal! I will be forever grateful to this amazing firm.
