Yo use el abogado John Broyles para tramitar mis documentos de Daca. Luego me casé y me ayudó a cambiar mi estatus e aplicar para mi residencia permanente. Melanie Reichert withdrew as my parenting coordinator after problems with honesty caused a breach of trust that was irrecoverable. Her final act when withdrawing was to recommend to the court her successor, Judy Hester, who continued the pattern of dishonesty by lying under oath in court and to DCS officials.

I unfortunately had Melanie Reichert as a mediator for my divorce. She is granted special privileges in Hamilton County to make decisions and act as a judge in mediations. With the privilege she made incredibly biased decisions. Ms. Reichert threatened me to take the deal or she would make sure I had everything taken away. I have filed a Color of Law against Ms. Reichert because of her abuse of power and biased decisions. In mediation Ms. Reichert made the decision to refuse me copies of my exhusbands 401k statement. She told me she made the decision I had to take whatever was in the account. Without telling me what was in the account. Ms. Reichert knew I was disabled and said she made the decision that I was not allowed any additional money to help me move out of my house. She told me I had to figure it out. Additionally, she told me that my son, who was a senior in high school graduating in 6 weeks, had to move out of our house immediately. I had no job and was disabled with little money granted to me. One of the worst parts was telling me the only law she had to follow was mandatory reporting of abuse. After I told her my ex-husband was recording my children on their computers and phones for 10 years 24/7 and was also letting other people on their computers to view them. She quickly told me she was not going to report the abuse, and she only had to report abuse when she felt like it.
