The dedication that he had to my case , I truly believe could not be matched! I was in a Child Custody case that my old Lawyer said I was lucky to have the offer I had. I needed someone who was going to fight for me. Bryan understood that even though this was not a big deal to the court , it was a big deal to me. Time with my son is very important and Bryan worked very hard to help me with that time.

I used Bryan Ciyou back in 2016-17 for my VERY complex and rather disturbing divorce case. He swiftly took my family’s grim situation to an emergency custody hearing and I had my daughter in my custody two hours after the judge gave her ruling! Bryan is quite in tune with the ever changing and growingly confusing rule of law and is a master of codification. He made detailed notes at consultation and also as things progressed. He thoroughly does his homework, gives accurate and wise advice in real time as new issues arise, is very professional, formulates a comprehensive strategy and “goes for the throat”. I was VERY weary of hiring the wrong lawyer when I began my search for representation because of all the horror stories online and everywhere else. I had actually wasted money having multiple consultations before meeting with Bryan. Before I hired Bryan, I had trouble sleeping at night. I hired Bryan on the spot after my consultation and could finally get a good nights rest. He is not cheap by any means but the VALUE he brings to your litigation is insurmountable. I’d rather have my daughter than anything else on earth. It’s just money, you can always make more; but your children are irreplaceable!!! If you feel the same way about your children, then Bryan Lee Ciyou is the representation that you want (need) in your corner. Bryan is hands down the APEX of complex litigation. Bryan was able to get me everything I asked for after a 20+ year marriage. He was overly prepared for any anticipated twist or turn that could have possibly happened. I switched counsel mid-divorce. My previous lawyer came recommended via one of the many (what I understand now to be paid for) "100 best lawyers" or "Up and Coming attorneys" type sites that portray certain lawyers as leaders in the field. Bryan came recommended via good old fashioned word of mouth. Immediately the difference in how I was treated, level of professionalism, honest feedback and advice was obvious. I knew I was now being handled by a lawyer that simply "got it". Billing was detailed, communication was as needed and to the point, knowledge and experience were second to none. There was no padding of hours for lack of a better term. After my first meeting my level of anxiety was brought down considerably and I had a new found confidence that I would ultimately arrive at an agreeable result. Which I did. I only wish I had known about Bryan and the team sooner. To summarize, if you don't hire or at least consult with Bryan and team, hope he isn't representing the other side.
