Merry called me every day while I was recovering and worked on getting my money for damages and loss of equipment. She then worked hard to see that all my bills were paid and got the best settlement I think we could get. Nice lady, nice to talk to. Genuine and caring. That's hard to put a price tag on when you're suffering.
