Got charged with a second dui within 7 years in Hamilton county . I knew I was in trouble . I also made a big mistake of refusing the breathalyzer. So automatically I lost my license for two years . I don’t want anything to do with Hamilton county so after refusing a years house arrest for the first plea deal and the second plea deal of 3months jail with a year probation I finally got Em to do 4 months jail no probation .
