Gregg was a straight forward and very professional. Responded back immediately when I reached out. This was my first and last DUI. Mine took place in Hamilton county and they are very hard on you there and Gregg was able to get me the minimum on everything and my drivers liscence suspension reduced. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone who has had the unfortunate to be arrested for DUI. Thank you Gregg!

My story starts 6/14/2020 after months of quarantine, being laid off for a bit, and having a miscarriage. We got invited to see friends I hadn’t seen in almost a year. It is a 1 hour drive. We had drinks around a bon fire. I drank a bit too much and I got tired and slept for a couple of hours before making the drive home. I was pulled over for having a tail light out and after failing field sobriety tests, was arrested for an OWI. After spending a lovely evening in the drunk tank chugging water from a fountain attached to a toilet I was released but didn’t have my cell phone or any phone numbers with me to call for a ride. My fiancé wasn’t answering his phone so I walked 3 miles until I eventually saw him driving. He made it up to me tho and found Gregg Stark. Even though the courthouse told me an attorney wasn’t necessary I called anyway and he took my case. He was able to get my case dropped from an OWI to Public Intoxication by my first schedule court date on 7/15/2020. He knows exactly what to do and helped me so much through the process. I’m still in shock that this was able to happen! The OWI is being removed from my record and I’m able to get my license back. Thank You doesn’t feel like enough. Always seek legal advice even when the courthouse tells you not to worry about it. He is the person you want to call in this situation. I highly recommend! He saved me big time!
