My mother was in a car accident after a driver, who failed to stop at a blinking red light, side swept her. The driver tried claiming that he did yield and my mother was to fault. But thanks to the guidance of Matt Bigler, my mother was able to obtain video footage showing the actual events that took place, including the other driver running the red light. I'd like to share my experience with Ladendorf Law. I was in a car accident January 16th 2021, there was significant damage to my teenage Yukon, and also personal injury. The Comcast driver admitted he just did not see me. I was at a loss as to what to do, my daughter's husband referred me to Ladendorf Law, as they had been a big help to him years before. Knowing nothing as to how to even begin, I made that phone call and was referred to Taylor Ivy. I quickly understood that the damage to my Yukon was my part to work on and the personal injury was his, if, after review, Ladendorf would agree to represent me. They agreed, and it was a year of Taylor ceaselessly working with the insurance company that at the very beginning tried to hide who they were working for. It took some sleuthing on my part to discover who he would be working with. Taylors listening skills on my behalf was a treasure. I never felt in the way, or a bother. He was complimentary of my efforts to help, and always supportive and positive. I appreciated his honesty and condor. He was to the point. If he wasn't quite sure about something he wouldn't hesitate to consult with other firm associates. Then we would discuss together and bounce ideas around as to the options available. Taylor had a good sense of the outcome he wanted, not only for his firm, but mostly for me. He took a laughable settlement offer and increased it almost 10 fold! It did take time, and was worth the wait. This attorney along with the Ladendorf team know what they are doing!
