Cmon... How does a law firm like this get a flawless 5 star rating? Are these reviews real? Are the people that write them even real? My curiosity is killing me and my instincts tell me that something is definitely not right here. There is a case involving a car and a motorcycle and I am close to the individual that was on the motorcycle.. Clear and simple, the car hits the motorcycle and throws the individual off of it and she goes surfing across concrete. Photos were taken, and apparently they were lost. Almost 4 years have gone by and the excuse that they are waiting on the other parties, attorney, more things need to be gathered, doctor bills, hospital bills. Insurance information, and on and on and on. The treatment that this individual was getting has stopped because there's been no payment and it's detrimental to her Quality of life. Yet no one seems to be worried about what she's going through. Yes, she has a past. Everybody has a past. The fact that the Accident was caused by another party is Cut and dry. Witnesses everywhere. But they re trying to find bad information and it has taken them this long to find it and now they re ready. They are ready to tell her " Here's $.10 have a good life" In the meantime, insurance will not pay for the treatments that she Needs for her back or anything associated with pain, which, by the way, is caused by this accident that nobody wants to Claim responsibility for. What do you do now? What about all the time lost, all the work hours lost, all the driving to and from doctor visits or hospital visits (when she could) I mean, forget about the pain and suffering, because by the time they agree to pay half of what she deserves, it's gone. The hardest part is that she can barely work, but has to do so anyway to pay her bills and have a place to live, to eat. And what about her future? The pain and suffering she has to look forward to. Her grandsons that expect her to be around and play with them. Unfortunately she can't look forward to these things because her pain is severe and she can only do so much before she is in agony. That's why I Ask. Are these reviews all real? If this is happening to her, I'm sure it's happened to others.
